Currently working on a Open source WebFlicker framework based on OOPHP, Smarty template engine and ADOdb. This framework is not an MVC based framework. It should help programmers  like me who are not a big fan of  MVC but prefer smarty template and  being able to have more control over the system.

The Framework will come with rich open source libraries (input validations, cross site scripting, PDF generator, multi database system, multi language support, pagination and more....      

This framework should help the programmers to reduce the amount of hours they spent coding and in return this enabling them to concentrate on the main functions of the site rather than regular procedure of coding. The system is very flexible allowing you to add new tools and there is minimal learning compared to cakePHP.
