Seven Steps Training
Our Client came to us asking us to build him a Content Management Website. We were only to
happy to undertake this project and what we provided our client with was a 6 page website
using the WebFlicker1.8 CMS System. The Website was launched in March 2011 and the site
itself is offering first class sales training.
During the build and design of the website we had to look at keeping a corporate design for
the client and also the client was wanting to control the content himself. When the client
approached us they had no knowledge on CMS and was worried as to how they would get on with
it, since handing the site over the client is over the moon with it and has said how easy it
is to use.
Building the back CMS we used:
WebFlicker uses MySQL database, which it uses to store essential data. As of today the MySQL
database is the only one operated by the system.
The CMS uses a Smarty Layout Engine. Users are able to manage article or other sections
templates from within the application. Smarty also enables for frontend and backend
modifications without one affecting the other.
System uses an advanced user and group management system. Users and groups can be set up
with different permissions, and certain sections can be made non-accessible to these users
or groups. Certain sections or modules can also be made exempt for the rules and available
to everyone.
WebFlicker offers modular structure of the system. Optional modules can be disabled and
enabled on demand during development. Also, the system promotes working using sections of
the system.
System supports multiple language websites. Intuitive interface
With this website here WebFlicker Web Design Agency will be undertaking some SEO work for
